Our annual production capacity of Coal Water Slurry Fuel (CWSF) is 1,150,000 metric tons.
We produce CWSF by mixing coal with water and certain chemical additives as follows:
The entire manufacturing process is controlled by and monitored from a computerized central control system, which, among other things, measures and dispenses the exact amount of water and chemical additives for each production cycle to ensure that each batch of CWSF is consistent in quality with all other batches that we produce.
Our fluid acoustic energy CWSF system simplifies the mixing process of the ingredients of CWSF, thereby reducing the overall amount of raw materials required while increasing the production volume as compared to the traditional production method. The system’s technology also prevents sedimentation that can result from long-distanced transportation of CWSF under the traditional production method, which can impact its combustion and heating proficiencies.
